Bond Commission OK's Fiber Vote.

The State Bond Commission, by a vote of 9 to 3, approved the July 16th vote on the proposed LUS fiber optic network over the objections of BellSouth and Cox Cable.  The backing of the Governor was seen as critical in getting approval for the vote.
